I say again.....I think he's getting ready to pull us out of Afghanistan. Afghanistan is a no win situation and we can't afford foreign nation building. I think it is far more likely he splits the baby. He cannot justify politically a total withdrawal after proclaiming it to be "the good war" and all the buildup that went with that. And make no mistake, politics are the primary consideration in this WH. More so than any I've seen since Nixon. I don't want my son fighting there without the full commitment of our military. And if he goes with 15 or 20k troops, that is not enough to do what is necessary to provide the needed protection. You either fight to win or you go home. But the politics of the situation will not allow Obama to bring them all home.
