Peter,
The Fleur de Pinot Noir has more tannin taste, dry tongue feeling, but overall a good wine. Probably because of the young age of the vines and about 1/2 half of the fruit is cut off before maturity so the vines will survive. I have a report somewhere detailing the resveratrol connection to health somewhere, I will try to find it for you.
