Lizzie... Thanks for your help. I bookmarked the MSN thingy because it did seem easy and informative. A delisting would dry up the market for the stock and probably drive the price down as well. I'm going to assume you weren't so unlucky as to have held those shares from the top. Let's talk about their market. What's left after their asset sales and can you tell us, in our G&K terms, if the company has protected IP or not? Are those asset sales completed or is something else on the block? Are they vulnerable to somebody's M&A activity? etc. Chaz
