Does anybody have any background on Kelly? Does he specialize in turning a company around and then making for the exit? How have those companies done after his departure? Was his departure from CRUS planned or is this yet another management shakeup?

As for Hackworth - I agree %100 that he fumbled the ball enormously with this company. However, he also played a critical role in its rapid (albeit too rapid) growth and expansion. I've been waiting a long time waiting for this company to "restructure", trading for profit sometimes, averaging down most others. I don't mean to sound Pollyanna here but this could be a sign that the company is back in the game.

I've made nearly %200 profit on TCOMA/TCIVA by buying when everybody was screaming for CEO John Malone's head. Turns out the old guy has some talents left in him I guess. Let's hope that somebody at Cirrus can match Hackworth's talents with a team that can effectively execute them.

Sorry for the rambling,
John
