In May, I started a project to find my high school classmates and link them via email. I have exchanged a number of emails with a woman classmate in Nyack, NY, who knows two who lost their lives in last weeks tragedy. She has worked as a volunteer for the Make-a-Wish foundation many years. She described a profoundly positive experience and said it left her with a belief in the innate goodness of people.
