I don't understand this debate, surely neither one of you is silly enough to think that politicians cannot be bought and sold by your vote. Every politician changes his or her ethics according to the situation he or she finds themselves in and what will get them their overblown salaries. After all being in government beats making 5 bucks on a street corner by miles. But for one side to accuse the other of situational ethics is like accusing them of breathing.
