RE: May I suggest you research your companies a little more?

May I suggest the same?

This has been covered over and over and over and over here on this thread. The latest reports from SYQT show 71.7 million shares outstanding and "about 150 million shares" outstanding and committed. And since that time, they've made agreements with one of their suppliers to accept stock for parts, so it's even higher now.

With recent SEC rulings, EPS must be reported using both "basic" and "diluted" shares. The street seems to be using the fully diluted EPS values now.

Nope, they ALREADY DID the financing. They've raised well over $100 million with their private stock placements and stock-for-debt trades. But I'm sure they'll do more. That money's almost gone now.

SyQuest is the model of dilution. It wasn't long ago that they had something like 11 million shares.
