Whoever outed Valerie Plame should do time, as should everyone involved in the conspiracy. Why? Because in outing Ms. Plame, they also blew her CIA cover corporation, Brewster Jennings & Associates: en.wikipedia.org "The group was intended to infiltrate ties between groups involved in smuggling nuclear weapons and the material to create them, to countries such as Israel and Pakistan." I don't know how many millions of dollars it cost to set this up, or how many years it took, or how many OTHER CIA spies used it for cover. I do know that any agent using it for cover is now BLOWN! As is the phony corporation itself. Now useless. Did agents or those that help them die? Are they being tortured right now?
