I've just got a feeling that there is no way ASND is going to be bought by LU - LU is not willing to pay the large premium that Mory is seeking. I also think Mory is an egomaniac and is trying to build his own little empire. Do you remember last year when there was a reported offer at $35/share? Mory's comment was "maybe at $100 I'd do it", or something to that effect. Add to that the plan of making several more acquisitions in the coming year which makes me think they are going to go it alone.
