Well, your considerable psycho analysis of what it is that Maurice is actually saying is a work in progress. Yes, indeed it is a work in progress. As I am apparently a member of a particular mob, as you note No, I would not make that inference. In fact, I strongly agreed with your earlier posts. In your reference to <drunken crowd>, I took to mean that many were patting themselves on the back for the expanding GDP and increasing stock markets at a time when the “punch bowl should have been removed.” <…I like even less the communist persuasion> My view is that because communism removes competition from the human equation, it is doomed to fail. On the other hand, Capitalism without “proper” regulations leads to excesses (specifically, failures to self-regulate) to which our human nature is so easily subject. Kind regards
