Thanks to a lurker, here is a link giving sales figures for the top 200 drugs:

Note these seem to be retail sales, and don't cover hospital-based purchases well. So you're not going to see cancer drugs and the like. Even for a drug like Xopenex (not on the list yet) retail sales are only about 75% of total sales.
