I think that article was in the Wa Post a couple days ago. I know he doesn't have much of a staff yet. But otoh he is in the big leagues now. And he's known for some time he's gonna have this job ... he needs to prepare something that sounds confidence inspiring before he goes to testify before the Senate Banking Committee. When people are billed as brilliant people expect them to sound competent.
