What do you think of the new Gomez ratings for E-Trade?

gomez.com

Do you think the new Gomez ratings have been a factor in the 20% decline in EGRP stock price so far this week from Tuesday's intraday high? If not, what are you looking for as a short term bottom once this news works its way around? Anyway, E-Trade dropped from first to third overall. I wonder if they will dump all their television advertisements where they say they are ranked #1? It is interesting that they did not make the top 20 in the customer confidence category. They were also ranked #20 in the hyperactive category. That is quite a drop from their hyperactive category ranking the previous quarter when they were ranked #4. A drop of 16 spots!
