You'd need lots of seeds. However, today, if they find you with one they'll arrest you--in states like Texas. Of course, you could tell the Texas cop that your seed is for putting gas in your tank and you might be lucky and get off if the cop, puts it in his pocket in the intention of not filing a report, and quips, "Son, you best be using oil from now on!"
