David, I am just wondering why you think that this lawsuit is already in the stock since it was announced after the mkt closed on friday. It would seem that this could be a very big deal and we should be concerned. Isn't the company in the middle of a financing? Or is that done now? If not could this derail the financing? What me worry? You bet!
