Consumer Electronics Warren Publishing, Inc. (Copyright 1997 by Warren Publishing, Inc.) * Projectavision sold about 100 Digital Home Theater projectors, generating $360,000 in sales, in quarter ended Sept. 30, Pres.-CEO Martin Holleran said. DHT, based on Texas Instruments' Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology, combines 60" rear-projection set with front projector. Projector is being sold in limited quantities through Bjorn's Audio/Video, Harvey Electronics and 3-4 Cedia dealers. Distributor Boxlight is selling projector under Digital Office Theater banner to commercial market. Sales are projected to exceed $100 million in 1998 based on shipments of 20,000 units, Holleran said, with revenues split 50-50 between commercial and retail sales.
