Like I expected NRT opened up very strong currently at $3.14

If this keeps up, and with the proper news, I think $5.00 is not at all out of reach in the short term. The trick is to value NRT in the long term, if a base can be created at the $5.00 level I would imagine NRT would trade up to $10.00 on peaks.
