Do you think that's a good thing? Do you think businesses are run by idiots? Corporate income taxes are paid by a corporation's customers or shareholders, depending on what your beliefs are. Either leaves the businesses at a competitive disadvantage that cannot be overcome.

You can't cut corp. taxes, keep personal tax cuts going and run two wars and spend the kind of money we spend on defense. Its fiscally irresponsible.
