Niggle away, it's ok. I am content to point out that Iraq did not turn out to be the poster child for the newly hatched doctrine of preemption. Egg on face, more like it. Which, if you believe in fate or karma, seems appropriate, somehow. I don't really believe in fate or karma, but it's one hell of a coincidence. Or, as I've said it before, the damnedest thing I ever saw.
