Agreed, considering every other place that we were only slightly less worried about turned out to have a full-bore nuclear program: Libya, Iran, Pakistan, North Korea...
I still believe, just on knowing what kinda guy Saddam was, is, that he kept up whatever he could keep up of his programs, and dumped the stuff into the rivers, caches, and Syria, as we were on our way in the door. This guy never gave up anything willingly, it doesn't make sense that he would do so here. |
