Why would it really matter if you bought at 24.25 or 25.25 or 25.75 if you are looking for upside potential of at least 30% from these prices? I like the cash buyout of Cambridge Soundworks and I believe the market is favorable to this also as the purchase will close quickly and will be non-dilutive to earnings. Chip n' Dale--cover, cover, cover.
