When will Apple change its Logo? I was - literally - praying for them to flash a new, cool, 3D, shiny, up-to-date Apple
Actually, when the 20th Anniversay Mac promo CD was created, the graphic design firm, BLT, did a rather nice solid gold logo for it. Whilst it was adopted for the CD, Apple has not officially used it company-wide. Because I worked on that project (as a seperate contractor with the programming team), I may have a copy of it somewhere in my 'beta' CD library. When I find it, I'll post it to you.

I found some portions of our initial dev stages and whilst I didn't find the logo I was thinking of, I did find an icon sized version of it. I'll email it to you if you wish. It's not of tremendous use but you can have some fun pasting it on your drive or folders, etc...
