DOC. It had it's IPO last summer. It went public at $11.50 a share and is at $12.60+ now. The annual dividend is 90 cents ("...declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share). At $12.60 stock price, that's a 7% dividend. No history, but they are confident that the dividend level is proper. So earnings should be >> $1.00 next year. I'm in.
