Yes Loren !!! We do know TNRG has the CASH-FLOW now. That is very good news, and has been my only concern regarding the shopping mall. Who is good at the math figuring book value? Thats a pretty big chunck of cash-flow. Now I wonder why people sold. doesn't the cashflow to date when figured in make the price of the stock worth somewhere over $1 1/8 based on annual figures?
