Mike, are you taking Vitamin C (500-1000 mg./day) on a regular basis? I've found that it will reduce the need for albuterol. Also have you used an inhaled steroid (flovent) and Serevent together (or the new combo) on a regular basis?

I ask becauseI finally got my asthma under control with these but several Dr's didn't tell me the right way to use them.
