Bill, now that I have read your profile, I certainly believe your statement that the Winframe license limit is per simultaneous user and that certainly does increase product value! Thanks for the info.

Now let's solve our other question on licenses. A Winframe server is licensed for 10 users. There are 20 users with ID's, but only 10 can be logged on at once. The server has MS Excel installed and available o all the users, but no more than 5 will be using it simultaneously. How many MS Excel licenses are required?

a. 1 license
b. 5 licenses
c. 10 licenses
d. 20 licenses

Our legal staff says the smaller of c. or d. which in this case would be 10. What is your opinion?
