I believe that my short-term TA system is unique to most, so it is sometimes hard to explain. As for the BKX I have a reading of 98 right now. A reading of 95 and above is a CLASS 1 SELL, and the highest it can ever get is 100.

Since today is the first day of the CLASS SELL, the best the BKX and the overall market should do is to close FLAT, but on a few occassions it has closed up but off the intraday highs.
