I have been communicating via PM with someone who assures me that it is true. If it is true, it's a violation of the TOU. If it's not true, then whoever is saying it is violating the TOU, IMO. Either way, I think it's serious enough for SI administration to investigate.

I have a lot of threads bookmarked that I never post on, just read, and have been amazed at how many of them are involved in flame wars recently. People are taking what's going on in the market personally, it seems like, which is very weird.
