I sent Mr. Schmidt an email to convey my concerns about the lack of information regarding what the reverse merger means for PRWT shareholders. I also let him know that I'd rather not see a reverse split. I'd like to recommend this stock to others, but I can't until I have more official information from the company. If anyone wants his email address, send me a PM.
