Betcha pfe will never be able to buy wye for $60 billion. I think it will take closer to $80 billion, which is a stretch even for pfe. Just my first guess/impression. I don't follow wye that closely but I'm skeptical they are anxious to sell for a "normal" premium. If the deal falls thru, would expect it to trigger other m&a activity. Will be interesting.
