Legacy Software, A conversation with their CFO. The company is very excited about DA and ER Intern. DA shipped first and ER Intern shipped last week of September. Small shipments initially, however, Legacy expects these products to be very successful...which brought us to the next question Q: In light of recent 10-Q is Legacy involved in a current funding effort and or is Legacy anticipating huge success with ER and DA and will be able to bootstrap funding pursuant to anticiapted success? A: Yes to both questions. Q: Does funding effort involve SoftQuad/Alpha? A: Not at this time. Alpha has to prove themselves with their distribution of DA/ER as we just entered into a distribution agreement with them in June [1997]. We are very confident they will do very well, at which time we may discuss entering into a closer relationship.
