The MSCI Emerging Markets Index has climbed twice as fast as the MSCI World Index and hit its highest level since 2011. “I don’t think we have seen the end of the EM rally,” said Ami Kemppainen, managing partner at Terra Nova in Dubai. “Perhaps the thing that will end it is a global correction in all equity prices.’’
