If LU/Asnd is a good match, merger via pooling interests with no dilution, LU stock goes up, Asnd goes up with it?? Jan If you look at their charts closely, I think you'll see that ASND led the way, with LU following. This isn't to say that there isn't some takeover premium associated with ASND stock price, but I think it has more to do with ASND fundamentals and the market's realization of them. JMHO. bucky89
