No, valuations are left out of the ranking. I have posted why I like these companies. Some thoughts: I am a little concerned about MXIM's purchase of Dallas Semi and ASML's purchase of SVGI. I believe that XLNX has taken the technical leadership from ALTR during the past few years. NVLS goes head to head with AMAT with all its tools. KLAC is facing increased competition from AMAT but still dominates its market.
