Rick,
Have a great vacation.
100-1 shot
In three years no less
I don't know of a single public company that has done it in three years.
It would take a company that has failed in clinicals like an Autoimmune to have a major breakthrough. You are better off buying lottery tickets.

I think the following companies have a real shot shot ( in 5-7 years. Sorry for the cop out.

Gilford. Stocks in the toilet but but there are no effective treatments for alzheimers or Parkinsons and both are huge markets. If the new nuero ligands they are going to enter trials with show strong results they could reach the market in 5 years. With a huge aging population and a potential series of follow on products for stroke and trauma injury and assuming the patents hold up and block the competition then its a possibility.

GZTC. Current market cap has dipped as low as $100m so we need $10 billion. With a number of protiens coming off patent over the next 7 years GZTC has potentially the technology to be the low cost biotech manufacturer. They need to be sucessful in the current phase III and solve some technological hurdles and have their patents block everyone else out.
