In annual reports of Blue Range and Hurricane, I don't see anyone called L. Wheeler. L. Wheeler has now accumulated about 15% of the shares of Blue Range and purchases appear to be made on a regular basis. I would estimate that L. Wheeler has accumulated roughly 10% of Hurricane. Sorry I can't figure out what L. Wheeler stands for, but suspect it stands for a portfolio/fund manager.
