You may enjoy learning that fund managers are governed by various self imposed institutional restrictions on buying their big lumps, no matter how much they may like a stock. One likely rule is that the stock must be fully listed. Another could be a minimum market cap of say $200 or $250 Million. Going through one of these thresholds can bring in their orders and accelerate a bull run....it may have happened today, but maybe you have to wait for the listing. Then again people who know something may buy and discount the prospective gain to some extent
