Seems like a smaller scale Carl Icahn move. Only Carl thinks bigger these days, and carries through sometimes. The days of Green Mail are gone. However I guess this duress bid is the next best thing for an activist wanting to put a company in play these days.It will be interesting to see what happens. Interestingly I'm watching PLAY-Dave & Busters who also had a big miss and a gap down . This as well as BLMN which I am out at present time.
