Yep, reminds me of the basics of processed food.... why was it created? For health considerations? No, so it could be kept on the shelf long enough to sell to people. You make up a product to sell to people based on what you can purchase and what you can do with it... not based on what is good for people. It's the same here. You see what's available, give it 'shelf life', a fancy name, salt or sugar, and pump it out. DAK
