WESTMINSTER, Colo., June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- ISOTEC the wholly owned
subsidiary of World Am Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WLDC)
announced today that it has signed a Master Distributor Agreement with
Securetek, Inc., a developer and manufacturer of the worlds smallest hi-
resolution CMOS camera and transmitter, mini and micro mini wireless CCD
cameras, B&W and color board cameras, and wireless infrared cameras as well as
other hi-tech security and surveillance products.
ISOTEC's business relationship with Securetek will provide yet another
state-of-the-art product line to its growing dealership network, according
to ISOTEC president, Jim Alexander, as well as a synergy with the
development work now underway within the company in the area of digital
video devices. Securetek's participation as a team member in the effort now
underway with respect to the development and introduction of a computer
integrated, sub-miniature, IsoCam, capable of internet, wireless, cellular
and/or satellite transmission, will position the company for entrance into
the military, industrial, commercial and consumer surveillance and security
