of the CNBC "squawk" but I was disappointed in the questioners' pursuit of old (tampering by LU on the AT&T test) and the unanswerable (merger news.) I mean, these CNBC guys have a -lot- of naivete if they think they are going to get any answer but what the CEO has said in the last few weeks..."concentrate on growing the company." What do they THINK?? He would say "Of course, we've held many merger discussions with many parties..and you heard it here, on CNBC, exclusively!!!"??!!??
Jeez, they already have "nuisance" shareholder suits, etc. All he needs to do is give the vaguest implication..even "no comment" and "NOT A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD! NOT FAIR!! NOT YET, I BOUGHT AT 90!!

I think if anything, he should have said, "Our number-one concern is value to the shareholders, and we expect to give them the best return on their investment we possibly can. etc etc etc"
