Retail stocks: None of the one's I'm looking at or holding (and I have positions in about a dozen, including GPS and KSS) seem attractive to me for a buy now based on a value proposition.

For maybe speculative buys, I'll mention three I'm considering:

I've had dELiA's on my watch list for about a year. I've been too skeptical of it's prospects or viability to have made even a small bet.

I own a few shares of Hibbett Sports (HIBB). I like that it's in small locales and that as part of its business it tries to insulate itself within the communities' school's sports teams. (No claim by me that HIBB is a value proposition)

Another active teen lifestyle retailer (again not a value buy, imo) that I'm considering is Tilly's (TLYS). It seems to be in a growth phase (expanding its store count). I want to check out my local store before I make a decision to make a Small spec bet.
