Walter there are more MP3 players on the market than there were cockroaches in my old college apartment. It isn't the newest and or best. EPAC just may be labeled that soon. Do you see any major OEM's putting their label on the JazPiper? Let's give the LU/EDIG/TI player some slack here. I wonder who will be putting their label on it, and how many companies will want to. I think the next 4-6 weeks will answer alot of questions. One that has already been answered for me though is EPAC is superior in every respect to MP3 and is secure as well. It is still entirely possible that even some MP3 manufacturers may adopt the MicroOS especially if they want to enable the device to download and play different codecs. JMHO of course.
