Kenny Its a shame that they put alot of us in this position they did it intentionally, so that many would get frustrated and get out, or it just not be economically feasible to pursue it, what better way to get away with this rail roading. All this just makes it easier for them to get away with this. You know whats best for your investment and yourself. Realistically it has gotten to the point, its a matter of principal. If these guys arent stopped now, some of them may turn up in some of yours or my investments again. I really wish I could post what I have found out, but can't, until the lawyer does what needs to be done. he will update you all when he can....... legally.
