First of all why are revenue collections down?

Revenue collection fluctuates with the business cycle. Up and down from the "normal".

The problem is spending, and Obama is increasing it to the level not seen since WWII:



Secondly why do you think Obama is doing what every other major nation in the world has done this past year?

Every other major nation is running deficit that is 13% of their GDP? Do you have a link for that? You may want to look up Germany, for example.
