Good advice. On subsequent calls, all taped, they admitted again that they told me incorrect information and Pershing is at fault, but their ONLY contention against me is that I shoulda known better... Well, THEY are the pros...and thats why I called to clarify what was correct, and what they told me cost me $68,000, and I am NOT a large investor at all, they bascially ruined my ability to make a living.
