Please try to read what I write, not what you want me to have written. "I agree that we can't just quit and go home now, either." Good. At least one point of agreement. "This is why the criticism that Bush, Rummy and the rest didn't think their little plan through properly is completely justified and appropriate." I have no good argument for this. You're right. They didn't have good enough crystal balls. But, unlike their predecessors, at least they did have balls.
