Nathan, MNRTA has been pretty dead for years as far as growth and then just last week had an incredible FFO growth from .19 to .26 in a quarter. I show a contact person as: Rosemarie Faccone 1-908-542-4927 in New Jersey. They appear to own industrial and shopping centers. The stock trades on the Nasdaq and frequently has a huge spread, so do your homework and invest long term if you go in. It is incredibly cheap if the FFO growth can be kept up in the double digits.
