Yes, a stupid reason. What a waste of time. Regardless of your political ilk, one thing the Republican's passed that has helped a whole bunch is the law that investors must prove intent of fraud to be able to succeed in class action suits involving stocks. Prior to that if a bad earnings report came out, lawsuit city.

I consider investors that do this slime. You put your money down and take your chances. If you do your homework, you won't be hurt in the long run. But these people think that because they put their money in a stock it should have guarenteed results. It hurts the entire market and the economy as we all have to pay for their greed and stupidity. Phooey on them and the lawyers they drove in on.
