Ongoing Negotiations... As per 10QSB
In March 1997, the Company received an order for a full scale System to treat one-fifth of a major Eastern Canadian city's sewage effluent. In June, the client requested that the order be delayed until the end of the current year disinfection period (October 31, 1997). During discussions held in November 1997, the client indicated its interest in proceeding with the project; however, problems relating to the method of effluent flow control used by the Company's UV System and that used in the existing Trojan Technologies, Inc. equipment have not yet been resolved. The Company is preparing a revised proposal which addresses these problems for submittal to the client, but cannot assure that the client will accept the proposal, that testing, if the proposal is accepted, will be successful, or that even if testing is successful, negotiations for the total project, valued at approximately C$2 million, will result in award of the project to the Company.
